| Q.Tell me more about your fabrics?

| A. All Indo fabrics are 100% Cotton. They are hand-dyed and
hand-woven in the traditional 'Homespun' fashion. Fabrics are 44"/45" wide and
put-ups usually range between 13 to 15 yards per bolt. We carry a wide range of
plaids, checks, stripes and solids. We also carry and extensive collection of
100% Cotton Kitchen Towels. Towels are 20"x28" with hang-tag and hemmed on all
four sides. |
| Q. What are the washing instructions for your fabrics?
|
| A. All Indo fabrics are washed during manufacture but due to the
nature of the dyes it is possible that some light dye residue may remain. We
highly recommend washing all new fabrics prior to use. This not only removes
any residual dyes but also minimizes shrinkage. Fabrics can be machine washed
but recommend soaking them in cold-water for an hour prior to putting them in
the machine. Use cold water only in the machine. The water may pick up some
color. This is perfectly normal. Please note that Indo fabrics are color-fast
and will not fade upon washing. Tumble dry fabrics until they are almost dry
and then take them out and iron to prevent wrinkling.

| Q.How can I see your collections?
|
|
A.All of our collections are available online. Please use the
Product Gallery to browse all our fabrics. First select the appropriate
category (fabrics, towels, etc.) from the Category drop-down box. You can click
on Show button now or narrow the search even further by making
selections from the Collections and Colors drop-down boxes.
If you just want to see a specific design and know the design number, enter it
in the Design No. box and click on Search.

| Q.Where can I buy your fabrics?
|
| A.Indo fabrics are sold in independent quilt shops around the
nation and other nations as well. Use our
Where To Buy search page to find local shops that carry Indo fabrics.

| Q. Can I order your fabrics online?
|
|
A.Yes, but please note, online order is available for the retail industry only.
If you are a quilter, you can use our
Where To Buy page to look for a shop that carries Indo fabrics.
Retailers and businesses can order online. You can place an order in a couple
of different ways. You can use the Product
Gallery to view the fabrics. When you click on the thumbnail, a larger
image will be displayed. Underneath that image there is a box where you can
enter the number of bolts you would like of that design and click the Add to
Cart button. The design will be added to your shopping cart. You can
later view your shopping cart and complete the check-out process to submit the
order to Indo.
If you are already registered online and know the designs you would like order,
you can skip the Product Gallery and go directly to the order form. Log in
through the My Account page.
Click the Order Online button on the My Account page and it will take
you the order form. Simply select the design you want to order from the
drop-down box and click the Add button to add it to the order form.
Complete the check-out process to submit the order to Indo.

| Q.Do you have any reps that can come to my shop?
|
| A.Yes, we have experienced sales representatives that
carry all our collections and will be happy to show them to you in your shop.

Us page and the representative will contact you for an appointment.

| Q.What is your minimum order?
|
| A.Our opening order is $150. There is no minimum for
re-orders.

| Q. When will my order ship?
|
| A.All in-stock items are shipped out in 24 - 48 hours.
Out-of-stock items will remain on back-order and will be shipped as soon as
they are available. Please note, back-orders are not cancelled automatically.
You can update your orders online at any time.

| Q.I am a manufacturer and require special designs. Can
you custom design fabric?
|
| A.Yes we can. Using our extensive design and
manufacturing facilities we can custom design variety of plaids, checks and
prints as per your specifications. Please contact us for further information.
